An exclusive blend of Barrel-Aged Barleywine Ale
15th Anniversary Barleywine Ale is a blend of 18 and 30 month old, barrel-aged Barleywine Ale, aged in Heaven Hill® bourbon barrels.
Aroma: Strong oak character. Caramel, toffee, brown sugar, molasses and vanilla, dried fruit, nutty aromas and whiskey.
Taste: Lightly sweet, mild bitterness, subtle umami and a moderate, lingering sweetness. Medium body, some tingling carbonation, a distinct alcohol burn, some tartness.
