2024 was a year of large temperature fluctuations in the cellar of Crak Brewery, which helped concentrate the aromatic compounds and impart unique characteristics, especially to the wine, port and rum Caroni casks. These are the barrels they mainly used to make Mansueto 2024. The intense amber color is accompanied by rich aromas of ripe fruits such as figs and plums, with hints of honey and sweet spices. On the palate we find layers of caramel and vanilla, enriched with notes of oak, cocoa and a light roastiness. The finish is long, harmonious, with the ever-present spicy final touch that warms and stands out even more than in other vintages, making this vintage unique for its structure, balance and power.
