The shipment of our packages is handled with care. If (for any reason) you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us via e-mail or WhatsApp so we can assist you further.
You are able to return an order within 14 days after your purchase. In order to do so, send an e-mail to info@hopsandhopes.nl stating your name, address, place of residence, invoice number, and the reason for return. Important note: gift vouchers cannot be returned.
By the time we have received your e-mail, we will get back to you as soon as possible with further information regarding the refund. The costs for the return are for your own account. If the package has arrived in good condition we will process your request. We will then refund the money to your bank account within 1-3 business days.
Please note that the order has to be complete, the products have to be unopened, and that the cans or bottles have to be undamaged, otherwise we cannot process your refund. Preferably ship the order in the original box, but if this is not possible, make sure to pack your shipment securely.
