Solera is the Sherry Brandy Barrel Aged Imperial Stout, which they had the honor, privilege, and good fortune to mature in beautiful 500-liter Spanish sherry casks. Its alcohol content is 11.9%, and everyone at the brewery agreed: "This is something different." They could all choose from a variety of flavors, including warm brandy, a hint of vanilla, raisin, plum, and a touch of nut.
