Trinity is a round, full-bodied, and velvety-smooth Imperial Stout, aged for a year in select bourbon barrels originating in the US and subsequently aged Irish whiskey before finding their way to Sligo. The result is a harmony of a powerful woody character and rich bourbon aromas, layered with soft notes of oat, chocolate, and dark roasted malt. A true-to-style Bourbon-Aged Imperial Oatmeal Stout.
