New Era Oak Cask/Ex Bordeaux Barrel Aged Imperial Stout.
Wine Geese, a New Era Oak Cask Barrel Aged Imperial Stout with an ABV of 12%. NEOC casks are barrels brought back to life by France's finest cooperages after a careful and dedicated aging process. These were primarily Bordeaux casks that were refurbished, recharred, and returned to the shelves of Irish whiskey. In other words, these staves carry a history within their fibers. Expect notes of toasted oak, leather, light coffee, and toffee in this very delicate product, matured slowly and carefully in the Sligo Town cellar.
