Formerly "Camerise Lambic"
A lambic blend with blue honeysuckle, or haskap berries. Over the past two years, Cantillon has been making a fruity blend with small amounts of Camerise berries. These berries are slightly sweet with a nice acidity. They didn't have to look far for the new name... a blue fruit that produces a blood-red beer: Sang Bleu. Our friend Ammo has outdone himself again with a beautiful new label that fits the new name. A word from the brewer: Sang Bleu is powerful and very fruity, but still maintains a nice, mild balance between acidity and sharpness.
