Rosé De Gambrinus (2025) is a beer from Brasserie Cantillon, a lambic with raspberries. It is made by macerating fresh raspberries in two-year-old lambic, which creates a complex, sour and fruity flavour. It is an excellent thirst quencher that is best consumed within a year of purchase.
