A spontaneous fermentation beer. It is brewed with a large proportion of wheat, and the spontaneous fermentation gives the beer a slightly sour taste. Hop bitterness is difficult to detect. The beer is light colored and has all kinds of aromas and flavors. A lambic is "flat", there is no carbon dioxide on it.
