Blend of lambic, aged for an average of 16 to 18 months, and merlot grapes.
This year's blend, bottled in November 2022, was exceptionally made with merlot (55%), grenache noir (35%) and syrah (10%).
Lamiek can rightly be considered the missing link between wine and beer, and Saint Lamvinus goes one step further by adding grapes that are normally intended for wine production.
Intense, fruity beer that lingers in the mouth and has a clear link to the origins of the winery.
