Cold IPA with the addition of top and bottom fermenting yeast - Verdant and W34/70 respectively. HBC 630 and Simcoe® hops were added to the whirlpool, later used in cold hopping, along with HBC 586 and Idaho 7™ varieties. Hop percentage: 18g/l.
