Hoppy People, the team from the local brewery, shows us around Sierre, Switzerland. As their name suggests, there will be no shortage of hops. In particular the Citra® variety with citrus and mango notes and Riwaka™, famous for its hoppy aroma and a hint of ripe, red grapefruit.
