2025 was an exceptional year for Crak Brewery: the casks underwent extensive maturation, with four years in Scotch whisky barriques, three years in rum barriques, and four years in Château Margaux barriques, creating a unique and complex blend. The amber color deepens and intensifies, while the nose reveals aromas of ripe fruit, figs, and plums, enriched with notes of honey, sweet spices, and a touch of precious wood. On the palate, the structure is more powerful than that of 2024: layers of caramel, vanilla, and cocoa mingle with lightly toasted notes, while the finish reveals a more assertive, warm, and enveloping spice note. This vintage surprises with its balance, structure, and power.
