In collaboration with Pasticceria Giotto, they created panettone with their beer, Magma Bianco. They then used the same panettone to create Giotto. Giotto is a flat, non-bubbly pastry stout, aged for 24 months in Chardonnay barrels with a generous amount of panettone. It has an oily texture and a distinct panettone flavor.
