A blend of Imperial Stouts, matured for 21 months in bourbon casks and 12 months in cognac casks.
This special batch of Temple of Minerva was first matured for 21 months in a blend of 1792 and Larceny bourbon casks, before being transferred to cognac casks for a further 12 months of patient rest. This whisky has a rich, deep flavour that bridges the gap between the two spirit casks it was matured in.
