Black Maple contains a diverse mix of barley, wheat, chocolate malt, caramel malt and a touch of smoked malt. Locally harvested maple syrup was added to the boil kettle before maturation in bourbon barrels.
A long-time favorite at the brewery! This batch was matured in bourbon barrels for 24 months and was conditioned after maturation with an additional addition of local maple syrup.
