Bottling date: 18/08/2023 Number of bottles: 646 For this fully organic Strawberry, 3 Fonteinen macerated locally grown, hand-picked strawberries in two-year-old lambic, after which the unblended fruit lambic matured further in a wooden barrel. The fruit lambic aged for over nineteen months before being bottled. Polly herself helped shape the concept for this bottle on July 10, 2025, amidst the 3 Fonteinen barrels. Thank you, Polly!
