25/05/2022 | For this Strawberry, they macerated Huldenberg strawberries on two-year-old lambic, let them ripen further in a small oak barrel and mixed them with three-year-old lambic. Maceration and maturation took over six months, bringing the weighted average age of this blend to over 25 months. The final fruit share is 505 grams of strawberries per liter of strawberry. Over a third of the grains used in their brewing come from our very own Cereal Collective. Small batch mix. 100% 3 Fountains.
