Pecharina is a blend of French vineyard peaches and nectarines from the Rhône Valley. Fruit from three separate harvests in August and September was processed using a double-maceration method; this maximizes fruit extraction and creates the ideal conditions for an elegant wild fermentation. An expressive cuvée featuring peach aromas, a juicy mouthfeel, and elegant acidity. It offers a complex and distinct fruit experience that continues to evolve gracefully in the glass.
