In the autumn of 2024, they visited the Charente, the region famous for cognac. There, they selected three different types of cognac casks: 30-year-old casks (550 liters), 20-year-old casks (450 liters), and young barriques (220 liters). They allowed a geuze blend to mature in these for an additional season, evolving into their magnificent Charent'euse. The experience: On the nose, Charent'euse reveals the unique character of cognac. Integrated wood notes combine vanilla with hints of aged eau-de-vie. The finish is long and silky-smooth, with a characteristic warm glow.
