Aged 1.5 years in American oak with a heavy degree of char giving this stout a blend of brown sugar, butterscotch & graham cracker with a balanced sweetness.
The alcohol percentage is 15% making this a beast of a beer, but the subtle flavors develop as the temperature changes. Basically, this is a bourbon Crème Brûlée with an umami note at the end.
