Rackhouse is five years in, and the barrels are doing their best work yet! This anniversary stout draws deeply from 18–24 months in bourbon barrels with layers of caramel, oak, and warming alcohol. Coconut, vanilla and chocolate cake are woven into the blend which finishes sweet yet round. Rich and patient, our liquid Piece of Cake was made to celebrate great occasions.
