Glen Fyne Select (2022)

Raspberry mead with wildflower honey from Sveen Vestre and Glen Fyne raspberries from Dusgard. Hand-picked and carefully selected for perfect ripeness.
The result is an exceptionally pure and powerful variety of the "Glen Fyne" raspberry. A variety bursting with flavor and color.
If you don't take our word for it, NOFIMA (the Norwegian Institute for Food Research) recently tested them and found them to be the sweetest and most aromatic compared to many other raspberries they had previously tested.
We sourced these incredibly flavorful raspberries a little further away from where we normally source our fruit. A few hours' drive away, near Norway's largest lake, Lake Mjøsa. To keep it "local," we combined them with freshly pressed and wonderfully fragrant wildflower honey from a beekeeper in the same region.
