During their collaboration, they chose a double-mash Imperial Stout, intended for aging in ex-bourbon barrels. For eighteen months, the beer rested and evolved, developing depth and character before acquiring a final touch of tonka, coconut, and cacao nibs. The beer is best served at a temperature of 12-14°C.
