Black Silk is a roasted yet smooth Imperial Stout—brewed using the 'double-mash' method—that has been carefully aged in ex-bourbon barrels. The beer rested for over 18 months, developing a rich, complex character defined by deep malt flavors, warm barrel notes, and a velvety mouthfeel. It is rounded off with a subtle touch of cacao nibs and vanilla beans.
Best enjoyed at 12–14°C.
