They welcomed their friends from Tripping Animals—all the way from Miami—to the brewery for a collaboration centered on a style both parties know and appreciate: a bold DIPA where fruit takes center stage. The inspiration? Capturing the sun-drenched atmosphere of Miami’s white beaches and tropical landscape. They opted for a blend of Motueka Cryo, Nelson Cryo, and Strata T90, delivering lush flavors of ripe guava and fresh strawberries, complemented by refined notes of lychee and green grapes.
