A birthday party calls for a QIPA! Nothing pairs better with Cloudwater than a strong, popping beer, and we pulled out all the stops for this birthday QIPA. Brewing beer at this ABV always creates a base of ethanol sweetness, so they used Clean Fusion™, developed by the friends at One Drop, to purify the beer and extract every last drop of flavor from the hops.

They blended Idaho 7, Motueka, Citra Cryo, Strata CGX, and Mosaic to create a fruity and spicy flavor profile. Fresh melon, white grape, and a hint of Chinese green tea are layered with a subtle black pepper note, perfectly paired with a tropical lychee flavor, perfectly balancing the bitterness and sweetness in this alcoholic beer.
