We love our supersonic and we really like NZ/Aussie hops, they have the spicy flavor we love as hops. The most notable of these down under hops is the Galaxy, ripe mango/citrus and tropical flavours, then the NZ Nelson sauvin hops, which are derived from the Sauvignon Blanc wine grape, which bear an uncanny resemblance of taste and aromas.
