The beer is hopped with the Citra, Peacharine, and Wakatu cultivars, as well as Nelson Sauvin Amplifire (a liquid product from NZ Hops) and Nelson Sauvin Bliss Process SubZero Hop Kief—a liquid Nelson Sauvin product derived from both the early and late harvests of two specific plots at the Freestyle Hops estates in Nelson Lakes. The beer is characterized by pronounced aromas of mango, guava, and passion fruit, complemented by subtle citrus notes.
