Puma

Puma is a New England Quadruple IPA, generously hopped with New Zealand varieties: specifically Riwaka and Nelson Sauvin from our selected lots at Freestyle Hops, Kohatu from NZ Hops, and Krush® LupoCORE™ from John I. Haas. LupoCore is a newly developed premium hop pellet; a cold-processing technique removes some of the plant material to concentrate the lupulin—the substance containing the aromatic essential oils. For an even more potent result, we also added Riwaka Amplifire, a liquid hop oil developed by Clayton Hops. This delivers intense aromas of Sauvignon Blanc and lemon zest, carried by a silky, enveloping texture.
