Our latest Off the Rack, made in collaboration with Basqueland Brewery. A strong imperial stout aged for 9 months in rich, freshly emptied Portuguese tawny port casks, yielding a complex flavor profile with notes of spiced red fruit, stewed cherries and raisins.
