Als je deze Barrel Aged stout proeft, moet je denken aan een zoete traktatie als fruitbrood en sinaasappelbiscuit. Een soort van koekjesbier dus. Een ruime hoeveelheid handgebrande amandel is toegevoegd en wat sinaasappel voor een beetje zuurheid. De bittere grootsheid van cacao is gebruikt en is uiteindelijk afgerond met een vleugje zout.
