Adding cinnamon to the beer is almost always a good idea, but this time Mad Scientist really wanted to make something crazy (to be fair, they do this on a daily basis). They used tons of cinnamon sticks and roasted them well so that they got a more intense and pungent taste that goes well with the red fruity-caramel-nutty base that perfectly embraces the sweetness of the unfermented honey.
