Flip Flops (Bourbon Barrel Aged)

This barleywine, aged for 20 months in Heaven Hill bourbon and Prosa Mineira cachaça barrels, has a rich and distinctive character with a prominent sugarcane juice flavor.

The cachaça barrels impart fresh sugarcane juice notes, a soft vegetal sweetness, and a natural, minimal depth, while the bourbon barrels add layers of vanilla, caramel, toffee, and toasted oak.

Full and warming, with a long, complex finish where the sugarcane flavor lingers alongside the rich, ripe malt notes and elegant integration of the barrels.
