This Bourbon Barrel-Aged Stout is a carefully crafted blend of Ynfynyty vintages from 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025, representing different expressions of age, wood, and aging.

The beer is aged in over ten different bourbon barrels, including Buffalo Trace, Heaven Hill, Jim Beam, Woodford Reserve, Willett, and many others. Each barrel contributes to the character, creating layers of oak, vanilla, caramel, dark chocolate, coconut, and subtle spices.

The blending process harmonizes these diverse barrel profiles, with younger vintages bringing freshness and structure, while older barrels add depth, complexity, and elegance.
