Bourbon County Special #4 Stout is een havermout-stoutvariant van het originele Bourbon County Stout-recept, eveneens gerijpt in bourbonvaten. Kristalhaver wordt gebruikt voor een nootachtig karakter en een zacht mondgevoel. Na de rijping op vat hebben we Intelligentsia Coffee toegevoegd, zowel hun koude koffie als single origin koffiebonen uit Ethiopië, genaamd "Metad Buku", voor een aangenaam fruitig koffiekarakter. Tot slot wordt er ahornsiroop van Bissell Maple Farm in Ohio, gerijpt op bourbonvaten, aan toegevoegd. Deze siroop geeft de nootachtige haver en koffie een extra dimensie en rondt de smaken af.
