Lervig and Slowboat have created a modern Juicy IPA, brewed with real Kveik yeast from the Ebbegarden farm in Stordal, Norway. The yeast is a perfect IPA strain because of the fruity tropical flavor it gives during fermentation at high temperatures. They used generous amounts of Citra, Mouteka and Simcoe hops to pair the yeast together. The beer itself is juicy with haze and soft smooth mouthfeel and balance. Tastes like a pineapple starburst, Pavlova and a Bellini cocktail in one sip.
