Snake in the Rye is a blueberry mead with cashews and vanilla beans, aged for approximately 2 years in Journeyman Rye barrels. Blueberry fruit with notes of tobacco, raisins, black pepper and caraway, all contributed by the barrel. An ever-present smoothness, contributed by the cashew nuts in combination with a roasted nut, slightly savory aftertaste.
