In simple terms, this Smoothie Sour starts out as a 10% ABV Kettle Sour Berliner Weisse and after ripening 50% strawberry has been added. They didn't ferment the strawberry so the flavors stay true to those of the original fruit and due to the fruit dilution the final ABV is 5%! No lactose, no marshmallow, no vanilla, nothing! Just lactic acid vs fructose!
