Een heel bijzondere NEIPA om meerdere redenen.
In de eerste plaats omdat het alles vertegenwoordigt wat we van een bier als dit verwachten, waarmee we ten zeerste aanbevelen om niet te stoppen met proberen :)
Ten tweede wordt het niet alleen geëxploiteerd in Citra- en Galaxy-hop, maar wordt het ook gefermenteerd met een van de eerste giststammen (Bermondsey, de ideale soort voor deze stijl) die op de markt kwam vanuit een avant-gardistisch project in onze landen: Vermont Laboratory.
