Paix Dieu (Octobre 2023)

This beer was once produced in the abbey of Paix Dieu, where the lunar calendar played a central role. In keeping with the spirit of the abbey, the Brasserie maintains the tradition of brewing only once a month, during the Full Moon.
The result?
A triple brew of 10% that is smooth and full of character; a craft beer in the tradition of Belgian abbey beers. A symbol on each bottle helps you decipher under which moon your beer was brewed.
