One Day Bourbon Barrel Aged

Merakai Brewing has some of the One Day stout - their great collaboration with friends, Eko Brewery - casks in Heaven Hill Bourbon oak casks. This has resulted in a luxurious and complex beer. They are very proud of their first cask aged beer and hope to do more!
Each bottle is therefore numbered.

They produced 468 bottles of 300 ml, very special.

Barrel: Heaven Hill Bourbon Oak Barrel
Hops: Columbus
Excipients: Madagascar vanilla bean paste and Zambia - Bemba Project Natural Coffee
Tasting Notes: Raisin, vanilla, molasses, fudge, hints of leather and ripe cherries.
