The beers of our Moment In Time series are barrel-aged, robust, complex black beers, based on the harmony of malts.
A 15-year-old, strong black beer that matured for 13 months in 200-liter American oak barrels that previously contained Canadian maple syrup.
A total of 320 bottles were produced.
