Milky Julius Peach

Milky Julius Peach is a rendition of our flagship IPA, brewed to carry even greater hop saturation and opacity than the original. It represents the culmination of all the knowledge we’ve gained while experimenting with new malts, yeast, and processes over the last two years. You may wonder what separates this beer from the original Julius—well, just about everything! We utilize a softer water profile, wheat in the grist, a different yeast blend, and a hop charge 30% larger than the original. To top it all off, we condition it on buckets of sticky peach purée at its peak. Pouring a milky orange hue into your glass, it leads with aromas of peach smoothies, mango nectar, and peach ring gummies before giving way to a wave of citrus and a firm, short-lasting bitterness.
