Beast of Bourbon 2021 was barrel aged on 4 different barrels. Four Roses, Buffalo Trace, Heaven Hill and Wild Turkey. We have captured all bourbon cliches in one bottle, without losing the character of our GROM. A beast of an Russian Imperial Stout.
