Parabola is always a beastly beer, with intense flavors of black cherry, dark chocolate, vanilla, and roasted coffee – but each annual edition also bears its own subtle stamp. For this latest edition, they aged the beer for a year in 12-year-old Elijah Craig and 11-year-old Henry McKenna casks. These coveted bourbon casks imparted distinctive notes of toasted oak, nougat, espresso, and cinnamon to the beer, taking the Parabola experience to a higher level.
