DIPA with Maui Nelson and Moteuka Hop Kief + Nectaron + Citra
This latest Double IPA is a collaboration with the good friends at @jesterkingbrewery. For those unfamiliar, their brewery is located on a ranch outside Austin, Texas, where you can enjoy craft beer and stroll through a goat barn home to a herd of 75 Nigerian Dwarf goats. Inspired by these spirited little creatures, they proudly present Goats in the Machine! Together, they brainstormed a new take on Ghost, using their new hops Maui Nelson and Moteuka Hop Kief from New Zealand. This tropical aroma is added to an already saturated dry-hop of Cryo Citra and Nectaron.
