Our first pastry stout is packed full of cherry puree, cacao nibs and liquid cacao and all backed up by a chocolate velvety imperial stout base. 200kg of cherry, 30kg of cacao nibs in the whirlpool, with another 100L of liquid nibs in the fermentor.
