A complex and full-bodied beer, with layers of dark roasted malt, chocolate, coffee, and dried fruit that delighted their cellar masters. The beer, sourced from the very best barrels, was blended and enriched with vanilla beans and cacao nibs, 100% fair trade and from certified organic farming: supplied, as always, by their local chocolate factory, Zotter.
A magnificent beer with a deep, rounded chocolate flavor, while the vanilla softens the sharp edges and adds sweetness and warmth to the natural intensity of the imperial stout. The bourbon ties everything together with notes of oak, caramel, and smooth whiskey.
Eira is a beer to sip slowly, made for long evenings, where chocolate, vanilla, and bourbon come together in perfect balance.
