A blend of 29-month old American double stouts, matured in Buffalo Trace, Heaven Hill and Willett Rye barrels, conditioned with vanilla beans from Madagascar, Guatemala, Costa Rica and the Comoros, Amish maple syrup and three types of cinnamon. Bold notes of toasted marshmallow, toasted pecans, cinnamon and maple-infused French toast flow from this delicious barrel-aged pastry stout.
